Yunisbel “Yuni” Pazos is an entrepreneur and consultant with more than 10 years of experience building, scaling, and managing businesses.

He is the founder of Smartners, and has also created and grown personal ventures such as Las Vegas Barbershop, which he proudly took from idea to a well-known brand and later sold, as well as Joy Delights.

Beyond his own companies, Yuni has collaborated in the launch and growth of multiple client brands, including Rjimenez Counseling, Noy Urteas, Dr. Virginia Noy, Silu Juegos, Acer & Fusta, Plate in Miami, Ceroys, and Beauty By Us, among others.

His work blends strategy with hands-on execution—helping businesses organize their operations, create growth structures, and move from ideas to results.
