TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Smartners Business Services. We appreciate that you spend time reading the Terms, Conditions and Policies governing all the services we offer. These provisions are essential to ensure the clarity and proper development of trade relations.
COMPENSATION
In order to start the development of each project, it must be cancelled by at least 50% according to the agreements agreed with the customer. Once project executions are completed, the remaining 50% must be cancelled before the final work is delivered.
For Single Services, full payment is required before starting any work. This payment can be made through the established payment methods.
Monthly Services will be invoiced and charged by credit card on a recurring basis.
Any invoice issued will include agreed monthly charges and additional service costs requested. If a payment is not made within the agreed date, a monthly surcharge of 1.5% will apply on the balance due.
CANCELATION POLICY
Both parties are free to cancel the services at any time, provided that a written notice is provided at least 30 days in advance. Refund Policy. REMBOLDING POLICY
The customer may receive a 100% refund only if he cancels the contract within three (3) working days of its initial signature. DELIVERY AND PLAZES
The estimated time to complete a project depends, to a large extent, on the collaboration and timely delivery of the materials required by the customer (such as images, texts, videos and other necessary resources). If the customer does not provide these elements at the time stipulated, the project deadlines could be extended. Smartners Business Services reserves the right to terminate projects that remain inactive or abandoned.
REVIEW AND APPROVATIONS
Each project includes up to two major revisions. If the customer requests additional changes, they will be billed at a rate of $60 USD per hour. When approving the final revision, the project will be considered completed, and any subsequent changes will have to be managed as a new service.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all material it provides, such as texts, images, logos and trademarks, has the rights necessary for its use. Smartners Business Services will not assume any responsibility for legal claims relating to materials delivered by the customer.
LICENCES AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Once a project has been published, the customer receives a usage license on the content and design, valid for the lifetime of the project. In addition, we guarantee maximum confidentiality of all information provided by our customers, ensuring that it is not shared without their explicit consent.
ADDITIONAL GASTS
If it is necessary to purchase templates, software licenses, stock images or domain names to complete a project, the associated costs will be borne by the customer and notified by Smartners Business.
